1. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Participants must book and complete a full residential/lifestyle market appraisal with one of our Professionals Unique Realty Ltd Licensed Real Estate Salespeople between 19 March 2025 and 30 April 2025. Properties that have received a market appraisal from Professionals Unique Realty Ltd within the past 3 months (prior to 19 March 2025) are not eligible. The property must have a valid address, and participants must be the homeowner. Location of appraised home must be within the sales territory of one of Professionals Unique Realty office locations and the surrounding areas of Palmerston North, Feilding, Foxton, Levin and Otaki.
2. Entry Details
One entry per property. Appraisals booked but not completed during the campaign period will not qualify. In the case of a multi section subdivision, only one entry per owner entity is eligible. Appraisals must be completed by 5:00 PM on 30 April 2025 to be eligible.
3. Prize Details
The prize consists of $5,000 cash deposited into the winners nominated bank account. The winner of the cash prize must provide Professionals Unique Realty Ltd their account details in person and photo identification.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be drawn at random on 7 May 2025. The winner will be notified by telephone and written or electronic means within 48 hours of the prize being drawn. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
5. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Professionals Unique Realty Ltd to publish their name, image, and/or voice (including photographs, film, or recordings) for internal and public communications, including social media, for an unlimited period without further notification, remuneration, or compensation. By entering the competition, the winner consents to such publication.
6. General
Professionals Unique Realty Ltd reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the promotion or any of the specifications at any time without notification. If, for any reason, the promotion cannot run as planned due to causes beyond the control of Professionals Unique Realty Ltd, the promotion may be postponed or abandoned at their sole discretion. Professionals Unique Realty Ltd accepts no responsibility for such an event.
7. Privacy and Communications
Your inclusion in this promotion provides your agreement to be contacted by Professionals Unique Realty Ltd to share details of future promotions. You reserve the right to opt-out of correspondence at any time, and Professionals Unique Realty Ltd will endeavour to remove your details from their database.
8. Governing Law
The terms and conditions of this promotion are governed by New Zealand law, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
9. Exclusions
Employees of Professionals Unique Realty Ltd and associated companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter this promotion.
